Candy Corn Cat Angel is a Primitive Raggedy Doll all handmade by me, Raggedy Jayne. She is about 11 1/2" tall that has been coffee stained, spice rubbed and stuffed with polyfil. Her dress fabric has candy corn candy printed all over it. I have sewn a vintage black button on the front of her dress. Her body is muslin that I painted black and then sanded for an aged-look. Her wings are "warm and natural" fabric . I blanket stitched around the wings with ecru embroidery floss. She is wearing bloomers that I made from muslin fabric. Her nose is burgundy felt and I primitive stitched around it with black embroidery floss. Her eyes are black buttons sewn on. Eyebrows, whiskers and mouth are handsewn also with black embroidery floss. Her cheeks are blushed. Candy Corn Cat Angel would be a very cute Halloween and Fall decoration for any room! I painted a tag for her with her face and "Candy Corn Cat" handstamped on it. She can be hung by the loop of thread on the back of her head. I used a Prim Raggs pattern to create her.
