Nurse Ann is a 16 inch Primitive Raggedy Nurse Doll all handmade by me, Raggedy Jayne. I have stained her with coffee and vanilla and stuffed with polyfil. Her dress is small red and white checked fabric. Her bloomers, apron and nurse hat are muslin. I painted a Red Cross on the front of the apron and on the hat. I have sewn 2 vintage buttons to the back of the apron. I have painted stripes on her legs and painted her shoes. I sanded them for an aged look. I handstitched her eyes, nose and mouth. Her cheeks are blushed. Her hair is burgundy yarn sewn to the top of her head. I have tied a vintage medicine bottle around her arm. I used an Erika's Cupboard pattern to create her. I made her a tag with a vintage print of a Red Cross nurse and I handstamped Nurse Ann on it. She will come to you signed and dated by me, "RaggedyJaynes".
